U: Utilize your Armor-of-God (AoG).
T: Test the spirits – ask any spirit to confess to God and Jesus Christ.
G: Get rid of bonds, bad habits, and practices inconsistent with God’s mantra.
O: Observe rest in God In-Accordance-With (IAW) the 7-day weekly cycle.
D: Discipline your spiritual self.
F: Fix your flesh.
I: Initiate movement to separate yourself from sin.
R: Recognize the reality of this fallen world.
S: Strengthen your surroundings and gain strength in numbers.
T: Turn away from temptation.
